Products and Customization

2.1 Ekobbe offers custom-made T-shirts based on the designs chosen or created by you through our website’s customization tool.
2.2 We are not responsible for the quality or resolution of images uploaded by you for custom designs. Please ensure that the artwork or text submitted meets our design guidelines.
2.3 Once an order is placed, modifications to the design or order details are only possible if the production process has not yet started. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders can be placed online via our website. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3.2 We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), and cash on delivery where applicable.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. For cash on delivery orders, payment is due upon receipt of the product.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or fraudulent transactions. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Pricing and Taxes

4.1 All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Delivery

5.1 We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
5.2 Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days, but custom orders may take longer depending on production requirements.
5.3 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method chosen.
5.4 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Ekobbe is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or weather conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Due to the personalized nature of custom-made T-shirts, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or if the wrong item was delivered.
6.2 To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the defect).
6.3 If your request is approved, we will either replace the defective item or issue a refund. Custom designs cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ekobbe or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 By submitting custom designs, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. Ekobbe is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the use of copyrighted or trademarked material submitted by users.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Ekobbe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or the products purchased.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or products is limited to the amount paid by you for the products in question.
